1. Conduct outdoor sales and marketing to promote the company’s credit and financial products.

2. Meet potential customers, explain loan products, and guide them through the application and documentation process.

3. Evaluate basic customer eligibility and assist in pre-screening credit applications before submitting to the credit team.

4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding loan status, EMI schedules, and required documents.

6. Prepare and submit daily sales reports, field visit updates, and customer feedback to management.

7. Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, and collections) to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.

8. Must hold a valid two-wheeler license and be willing to perform regular field visits.

Duty Hours:

• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (regular)

• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (summer schedule)
