1. Handle Education Counseling Wing for in a professional manner.
   

2. Co-ordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application.
   

3. Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
   

4. Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
   

5. Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
   

6. Coordinate with Counselor or Team Leader regarding the processing and counseling guidance.
   

7. Guide the students with visa interview preparation.
   

8. Guide the students for pre-departure information.
   

Job Specification

1. 1-2 years experience in counseling and documentation for Abroad studies
   

2. Computer literate (Microsoft Packages, Internet and E-mail)
   

3. Good command in English writing and maintaining documents.
   

4. Pleasing Personality. 
   

5. Should have good computer knowledge.
   

6. Should have typing skills.
   

7. Work under pressure
   

8. Must have knowledge in Student Visa and immigration visa
