कामको विवरण

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Momo Preparation Support: Assist the momo cook in preparing dough, fillings, vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.

  2. Momo Making: Help with rolling dough, portioning fillings, folding momos, and preparing them for steaming or frying.

  3. Kitchen Assistance: Support the cook during busy hours and assist with preparing and serving momo orders efficiently.

  4. Ingredient Management: Wash, clean, cut, and properly store vegetables, meat, spices, and other kitchen ingredients.

  5. Cleaning & Hygiene: Keep the kitchen, momo preparation area, utensils, equipment, and workstations clean and hygienic.

  6. Stock & Storage: Arrange and store food ingredients properly, monitor basic stock levels, and inform the cook or supervisor when supplies are running low.

  7. Teamwork & Other Duties: Work cooperatively with the momo cook and other staff and perform other kitchen-related duties as required.

    Duty Hour: 9AM - 9PM
