Prepare and cook a variety of fast-food items such as burgers, sandwiches, fried items, wraps, and other menu products according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the quality, taste, portion size, presentation, and consistency of all food items meet the company’s standards.
Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other cooking appliances, safely and efficiently.
Prepare and organize ingredients required for daily food production, ensuring proper handling and storage of food items.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, personal cleanliness, and kitchen sanitation in compliance with food safety requirements.
Monitor the availability and freshness of ingredients and promptly inform the supervisor of any shortages or quality issues.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation and smooth daily kitchen operations.
