Job Summary:

The Computer Technician is responsible for assembling, repairing, upgrading, testing, and maintaining computers and related hardware. The role also includes troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers, and ensuring all repaired or newly built systems are properly tested before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble gaming PCs, office PCs, and custom computer systems.

2. Install Windows, drivers, software, and BIOS updates.

3.Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems.

4.Troubleshoot issues related to CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU, storage, and overheating.

5.Perform stress tests and quality checks before delivery.

6.Upgrade and replace computer components when required.

7.Check compatibility between PC components before installation.

8.Handle customer devices and company equipment carefully.

9.Assist customers with basic technical support and solutions.

10.Maintain records of repairs, warranty cases, and replaced components.

Note:

Duty Hour: 8 hours

Working Days: 6 days a week

Diploma, training, or previous experience in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, PC Building, or a related technical field is preferred.

Performance will be evaluated based on repair accuracy, service turnaround time, PC build quality, customer satisfaction, proper documentation, attendance, and professionalism.
