Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Computer Technician to install, maintain, and repair computers, networks, and peripherals. A key responsibility of this role includes building and optimizing gaming PCs to ensure peak performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer hardware, gaming components, software troubleshooting, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Build, assemble, and configure high-performance gaming PCs based on customer requirements. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and gaming software. Recommend and install appropriate cooling solutions, overclocking settings, and performance optimizations. Repair or replace defective components, including GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and storage devices. Set up and configure gaming peripherals, monitors, and accessories. Ensure proper cable management, thermal management, and system stability in PC builds. Provide technical support to users and resolve gaming-related IT issues. Maintain documentation of repairs, upgrades, and custom PC builds. Stay updated with the latest gaming hardware trends, GPUs, cooling systems, and new technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Computer Technician or PC Builder. Strong knowledge of gaming PC components, overclocking, and system optimization. Familiarity with Windows OS, BIOS settings, and gaming software configurations. Understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers) and online gaming connectivity. Ability to install and configure RGB lighting, liquid cooling, and custom PC cases. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Passion for gaming and knowledge of current gaming trends is an advantage.
