2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene practices.

Ability to work independently on a kitchen section.

Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.

Cook and plate food in line with restaurant standards.

Ensure food is presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

May take charge of a section during a shift in the absence of a Chef de Partie.
