Hotel Tibet is a renowned hotel that takes pride in offering authentic Tibetan delicacies. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef and sous chef in preparing and cooking traditional Tibetan/ Chines food.
• Assist in menu planning and developing new recipes that reflect traditional Tibetan and Chinese cuisines.
• Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, preparation, and cooking techniques.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in each dish.
• Help with kitchen tasks such as chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in the preparation of mise en place for various kitchen sections.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Commis Chef in Tibetan/ Chinese cuisine. 
• Culinary certification or relevant training in food preparation and cooking.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Tibetan cooking techniques and ingredients.
