कामको विवरण

Rojgari Services Private Limited, registered under Company Act in 2012, is a national employment agency working to empower job seekers with a wide range of employment-related information and services, particularly through job posting, and employment match-making. Rojgari enlists and connects job seekers and employers in Nepal through an online portal, www.rojgari.com and the Rojgari mobile App.


  1. Develop new business opportunities by promoting the company’s recruitment and job posting services to targeted accounts and potential clients.

  2. Deliver clear and engaging sales presentations and service demonstrations through phone calls, online meetings, or in-person visits, tailored to the client’s needs.

  3. Identify potential leads by researching companies and industries, making cold calls, and networking to connect with decision-makers who can benefit from our services.

  4. Follow up consistently and promptly with clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and move sales discussions toward a timely and successful close.

  5. Assist clients in using the company’s job portal, including both the website and mobile app, to post vacancies easily and access related services effectively.

  6. Work closely with internal teams such as Recruitment, Job Matching and other teams to make sure clients receive smooth and high-quality service throughout the engagement.

  7. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients before, during, and after service delivery to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  8. Achieve sales and service targets regularly (monthly, quarterly, and annually) by following company sales processes, maintaining accurate CRM records, and complying with all internal policies.

  9. Collaborate with colleagues across departments by sharing market information, solving client issues together, and supporting team goals through good communication and cooperation.
