1. Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, such as floors, walls, and tables using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.

2. Washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, equipment, and appliances.

3. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and carpets to maintain a clean and safe environment.

4. Emptying trash cans and recycling bins and disposing of waste materials in a safe and hygienic manner.

5. Restocking cleaning supplies as needed and ensuring that they are stored securely.

6. Following all health and safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

7. Reporting any maintenance issues, such as broken equipment or faulty plumbing, to the appropriate personnel.

8. Communicating with other restaurant staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

9. Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to any questions or concerns they may have.

10. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
