Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served in a timely and hygienic manner.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Monitor food inventory, minimize waste, and inform management about stock requirements.
Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and daily kitchen operations.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Duty Hour: 9 hours a day
