  2. Prepare meals promptly and efficiently.

  3. Delegate responsibilities to kitchen personnel.

  4. Communicate daily specials to the waitstaff.

  5. Ensure visually pleasing plate presentation.

  6. Oversee Cooks and provide assistance when necessary.

  7. Adjust recipes slightly to accommodate customers' preferences (e.g., reduce salt, eliminate dairy).

  8. Manage food inventory and initiate orders.

  9. Inspect the freshness of food items and dispose of expired products.

  10. Explore variations in recipes and propose new ingredients.

  11. Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

  12. Perform any additional relevant duties as assigned by supervisor
