Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Technical Officer specializing in CCTV Camera and Networking to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and networking infrastructure. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibities:

For CCTV Installation & Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment.

- Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV systems.

For Networking:

- Set up and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.

- Ensure network security and monitor for potential threats.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

- Technical Support:

- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

- Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.

- Conduct training sessions for clients on system usage and best practices.

- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and service requests.

- Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.

- Project Management:

- Assist in planning and executing technical projects.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment and services.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in CCTV and networking.

- Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and networking.

- Proven experience in handling technical support and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV systems.

- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.

- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.

- Familiarity with various operating systems and network tools.
