Job Description:

1. Welcome customers professionally, take beverage and food orders, and provide friendly and efficient service.

2. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

3. Operate the cash register/POS system accurately and process cash, card, and digital payments.

4. Maintain accurate records of sales, bills, discounts, and daily cash transactions.

5. Check customer orders carefully and coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure correct and timely service.

6. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar, counter, equipment, glassware, and work area.

7. Monitor beverage stock and supplies, report shortages or discrepancies, and ensure proper storage and minimum wastage.
