Job Description:

1. Greet customers and manage billing at the counter.

2. Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.

3. Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.

4. Maintain daily sales reports and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.

5. Assist customers with queries related to bills and payments.

6. Coordinate with serving staff and kitchen team for smooth operations

7. Ensure the cash counter area is clean, organized, and presentable.

8. Follow company policies regarding cash handling and transaction safety.

9. Support basic administrative tasks when required.
