As per Company AgreementResponsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Important Requirement: Candidates must be able to work any shift ( 6AM-2PM, 2PM- 10PM & 10PM- 6AM)
