Keep teaching content current with international industry standards, not just local practice
A beauty therapy or cosmetology qualification from an internationally recognised institution - Australia, the UK, Europe, the UAE, India or anywhere with a credible beauty education system
1–2 years of professional experience in beauty therapy or a related field after completing your qualification
The ability and confidence to teach (you do not need a formal teaching certificate, but you must be comfortable leading a group, demonstrating live, giving direct feedback and holding students to a standard)
Good English communication skills
