Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks according to standard recipes.

  2. Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests.

  3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.

  4. Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, and daily consumption.

  5. Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.

  6. Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portion control.

  7. Follow responsible beverage-service practices, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.

  8. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours a day
