Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks.

2. Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.

3. Maintain the bar area, equipment, glassware, and workstations clean and organized.

4. Monitor and manage bar inventory, stock levels, and beverage wastage.

5. Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and beverage quality standards.

6. Handle cash, billing, and payments accurately when required.

7. Check customer requirements and provide recommendations on beverages.

8. Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

9. Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and management for smooth operations.

10. Ensure excellent customer experience and handle basic customer complaints professionally.
