1. Kept detailed inventories and notified management of ordering needs for liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies.

2. Developed new signature cocktails to support the bar's marketing brand and increase profits.

3. Ensured alcoholic beverages were well-stocked and organized to meet expected demands.

4. Developed a drink menu with creative cocktails, contemporary wines, and craft beers.

5. Increased bar revenue through the development and marketing of featured cocktails.

6. Conducted regular inventories of bar and drink supplies to keep stock on hand and avoid expensive rush orders.

7. Designed special drink and cocktail offerings every month as part of seasonal offerings.

8. Closed out the cash register and prepared a cashier report at the close of business.
