Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar area.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, counters, coffee machines, and serving areas.
Handle billing, basic cash transactions, and assist customers with payments when required.
Maintain excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving basic concerns.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, cups, and other supplies and inform management when restocking is needed.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant service standards at all times.
Note: Restaurant opening hours are 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Staff duty hours will be 10–12 hours within this time schedule.
