1. Greet customers and take drink and food orders accurately.

2. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, lassis, and other beverages to company quality standards.

3. Operate the cash register/POS system efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

4. Manage daily accounting tasks, including cash balancing, change issuance, refunds, and receipts.

5. Maintain clean and organized counter area and workstations throughout the shift.

6. Restock supplies such as coffee, lassi ingredients, cups, lids, syrups, and other bar tools.

7. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, recommending menu items, and resolving complaints.

8. Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs to the manager.

9. Follow hygiene and safety protocols strictly at the counter and beverage-preparation areas.

10. Assist in bar and counter operations during busy periods and maintain smooth workflow.

11. Prepare daily sales reports and assist in account reconciliation as required.

12. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient service.
