Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café products according to company recipes, standards, and customer preferences.
Operate coffee machines, brewing equipment, and maintain proper cleaning and maintenance of barista tools and workstations.
Welcome customers, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service.
Handle cashier duties including POS operations, billing, cash transactions, digital payments, and daily sales reconciliation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the café area, beverage station, and customer service areas.
Monitor inventory of coffee, beverages, and supplies, assist with stock management, and report shortages or wastage to management.
Support daily café operations by maintaining service quality, assisting team members, and following company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
