कामको विवरण
  1. Greet and interact with customers, take orders for drinks, coffee, and snacks in a friendly manner.

  2. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, espresso-based

  3. drinks, tea, smoothies, and other specialty beverages.

  4. Follow standard recipes and restaurant guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in drinks.

  5. Plan, present, and update the bar and coffee menu in coordination with restaurant management.

  6. Upsell and recommend beverages, food items, and promotions using suggestive selling techniques.

  7. serve drinks and snacks efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.

  8. Check identification of guests to confirm legal age requirements for alcohol and tobacco purchases.

  9. Operate coffee machines, blenders, and bar equipment; ensure they are calibrated and in good working order.

  10. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, coffee station, counters, equipment, glassware, and utensils at all times.

  11. Restock inventory such as liquor, coffee beans, syrups, milk, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies as needed.

  12. Monitor and record liquor and coffee inventory levels; prepare purchase requisitions when necessary.

  13. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of restaurant food and beverage products, menus, and seasonal promotions.

  14. Handle payments, process transactions via POS, balance daily receipts, and follow all restaurant cash-handling
