  1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining a positive atmosphere in the café or coffee shop.

  2. Coffee and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks, ensuring high-quality standards.

  3. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including different coffee beans, brewing methods, and available snacks or pastries, to provide accurate recommendations.

  4. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process customer payments, and handle cash transactions accurately while providing change as needed.

  5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the coffee station, equipment, and seating area clean and organized. Ensure that all utensils, machines, and counters are sanitized regularly.

  6. Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. Notify the manager when stock needs to be replenished.

  7. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they are satisfied with their drinks and offering personalized service to enhance their experience.
