Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Barista at Himalayan Java House in Kathmandu. The Barista will be responsible for daily tasks such as preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring high-quality service. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

 Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee and specialty beverages is a plus
