Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) with high consistency and quality.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the work area, tools, and equipment.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling queries professionally.

Ensure proper presentation of beverages and follow company standards in every serving.

Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; inform management when restocking is needed.

Handle cash transactions and billing accurately (if required).

Train and assist junior staff or new baristas when needed.

Follow company recipes, procedures, and quality control guidelines strictly.

Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional work attitude at all times.
