Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, guide them to their tables or bar seats, and provide menus.

Handle reservations, manage seating arrangements, and coordinate with the bar and service team to ensure a smooth flow of guests.

Address guest inquiries, provide information about the menu, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.

Help in organizing and managing events or promotions in the bar.

Work closely with the bar staff and management to maintain high standards of service.

Handle Guest Complaints: Manage and resolve any guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Strong customer service orientation with a positive and outgoing personality.

Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to handle difficult situations and guests with patience and tact.

Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
