Position: Bar & Events Manager – Female

Ember Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic and well-presented female Bar & Events Manager to oversee the bar operation at a macro level while taking primary responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing events, shows and entertainment activities at Ember.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality, enjoys entertainment and nightlife, and can take an event from concept and planning through to flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Macro-manage the day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Take primary responsibility for planning and executing events, live music, DJ nights, shows, private parties and special evenings.
• Develop and maintain an exciting events and entertainment calendar.
• Coordinate with DJs, artists, performers, event partners, vendors, sound & lighting teams and other external partners.
• Manage event setup, execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate with the bar, kitchen, service and operations teams during events.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience, ambience and overall event execution.
• Manage event-related budgets, vendor negotiations and operational requirements.
• Supervise staff and coordinate teams during events and busy periods.
• Handle operational issues and last-minute requirements efficiently.
• Work with management on new event concepts, promotions and entertainment ideas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the hospitality, entertainment and nightlife industry.
• Monitor basic bar operations including inventory, wastage, staffing and service standards.

Candidate Profile:

• 
  Female candidate preferred/required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, clubs, lounges or event management will be an advantage.
• Strong event planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and people-management abilities.
• Confident, presentable and comfortable interacting with guests, artists, vendors and staff.
• Creative and energetic, with a good understanding of entertainment and nightlife.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and during events.

  We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the bar and, more importantly, drive the events and entertainment side of Ember.

  The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, well-connected, commercially minded and hands-on, with the ability to independently coordinate and execute events while keeping the overall bar operation running smoothly.
