Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Captain at Vasista Hospitality in Dharan. The Bar Captain will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations, managing the staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and optimizing sales and training programs.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Training skills for staff development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
