  4. Performance Evaluation: Assess trainee progress through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students to improve their baking proficiency and professional growth.

  5. Recipe Development: Create new recipes and innovate with flavors, textures, and presentations to meet customer preferences and trends.

  6. Ingredient Management: Oversee the selection, procurement, and storage of ingredients, ensuring freshness and compliance with food safety standards.

  7. Kitchen Operations: Manage baking schedules, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
