कामको विवरण

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Travel to ATM sites to provide routine and emergency service as required.
  2. Perform troubleshooting with standard diagnostic software tools on the laptop to isolate problem if hardware or software caused.
  3. Reinstall software programs or adjust configuration settings.
  4. Change and replace hardware components and bring to shop for repair as required.
  5. Test ATM after repair to ensure that they are function as specified.
  6. Operate machines in order to test functioning of parts and mechanisms.
  7. Maintain and update records of ATM equipment maintenance work and provide updated repair stickers on ATM machines to indicate their latest repair and nature of repair.

Skills and Specifications

  1. Must have excellent understanding of electronics, computer and automation technologies
  2. Must have high analytical and troubleshooting skills
  3. Can work long hours and operate under a deadline or work after shift in a 24 hour robotic operation
