-Key Responsibilities:

1.Customer Assistance:

-Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

-Provide information on promotions, offers, and store layout.

-Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the appropriate personnel.

2.Stocking and Merchandising:

-Stock shelves, display areas, and storage spaces with products.

-Ensure that products are neatly displayed and fully stocked.

-Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock as needed.

3.Inventory Management:

-Receive, unload, and organize deliveries in the store or warehouse.

-Assist with inventory counts and reporting stock levels.

-Report low stock levels or product shortages to management.

4.Cashiering:

-Operate the cash register, handle cash, card, and mobile payments.

-Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to store policies.

-Maintain accuracy and ensure transactions are processed smoothly.

5.Store Maintenance and Cleanliness:

-Keep the store clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

-Clean display areas, stockrooms, and checkout counters regularly.

-Ensure that all aisles and areas are free of obstacles or hazards.

6.Assisting in Other Departments:

-Assist in different departments (groceries, electronics, household items, etc.) as required.

-Provide support to the receiving, storage, or packaging areas.

7.Health & Safety:

-Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with store regulations.

-Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols, especially in handling perishable goods.

8.Team Collaboration:

-Work collaboratively with other team members to meet store goals.

-Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving operations.
