Handle overall kitchen operations during the night shift.
Ensure food is prepared according to quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
Manage food preparation, cooking, and basic kitchen organization.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Monitor ingredients and inform the concerned person when supplies are low.
Work efficiently and independently during the night shift.
Duty Hour: 5 Hours
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience.
Good knowledge and practical skills in Indian and Continental cuisine.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.
Good hygiene, discipline, and time-management skills.
Willingness to work night hours.
