विभिन्न खाना पकाउने ज्ञानKey Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, especially Momo, Chowmein, and other fast-food items, according to the required taste and quality standards.
Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, and arranging them for cooking.
Handle cooking, plating, and timely food preparation during regular and busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking area, utensils, and equipment.
Manage dishwashing and ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
Monitor food ingredients and kitchen supplies and inform the supervisor when stocks are low.
Support all other kitchen-related duties as required and work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.
Duty Hour: 9AM - 9PM
