Prepare a variety of Nepali, Indian, and Continental dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.
Have good knowledge and practical experience in preparing fast-food items such as momo, chowmein, fried rice, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, fries, and other snacks.
Handle complete food preparation, including washing, cutting, marinating, cooking, plating, and portion control.
Ensure all food is prepared with consistent taste, quality, presentation, and proper timing.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and proper food handling.
Manage and properly store food ingredients and kitchen supplies, while minimizing wastage.
Clean and properly maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas after use.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team and be willing to handle different cooking responsibilities during busy periods.
