Prepare a variety of Nepali, Indian, Continental, and other food items according to the menu and customer requirements.
Handle all stages of food preparation, including washing, cutting, marinating, cooking, portioning, and plating.
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special orders while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safe food-handling practices.
Manage kitchen ingredients, stock, storage, and FIFO practices, while minimizing food wastage.
Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking areas properly.
Coordinate with kitchen helpers, service staff, and management to ensure smooth and timely kitchen operations.
Be flexible to handle different kitchen duties and responsibilities as required and support the team during busy periods.
Note:
Duty Hour: 10 AM - 8 PM
Working Days: 7 days a week
