1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoice processing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.

2. Handle HR-related tasks such as employee documentation, attendance records, payroll coordination, and staff administrative support.

3. Prepare financial reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other periodic financial summaries.

4. Maintain proper records for taxation and ensure timely preparation and filing of tax-related documents.

5. Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting to support business operations and growth.

6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and assist during internal or external audits.

7. Oversee administrative activities and support smooth coordination between departments.

8. Maintain knowledge of overall restaurant operations to ensure accurate financial tracking and effective administrative support.

Note: Duty Hour – 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
