Job Description

1. Maintaining bank account and cheque.

2. Maintaining purchase and sales book, and analyzing the sales trend.

3. Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.

5. Provide data for financial analysis and budgeting processes.

6. Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling and organizing meetings.

   
   

Job Specification

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.

3. Accounting certifications are a plus, but not necessary for entry-level positions.

4. Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.

5. Familiarity with accounting software and basic knowledge of accounting principles.

6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
