1. Maintain and record all financial transactions of the factory using Tally software.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

3. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

4. Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting to support factory operations.

5. Reconcile bank statements, inventory accounts, and supplier/vendor accounts regularly.

6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT, taxes, and labor-related financial regulations.

7. Generate financial reports and summaries to aid management in decision-making and operational efficiency.

Duty hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
