1. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Collections, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
   

2. Analyze business line performance, assess project proposals for viability, prepare forecasts for existing businesses and entry into new business lines
   

3. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
   

4. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
   

5. Manage contracts and negotiations related to suppliers, office leases, procurement of software and subscriptions
   

6. Handle invoicing to buyers and coordinate shipping documents, bills of lading and related letters of credit with the banks
   

Requirements

1. Three years of overall combined accounting, payroll and finance experience
   

2. Degree in Accounting
   

3. Experience in handling trading operations
   

4. Experience in handling financial accounts
   

5. Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with Executive Director, professional staff from multiple offices, auditors and junior accounting staff.
