कामको विवरण

    1. Job Description

       Prepare and manage daily journal vouchers, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers for

      accounting and make an entry in the Tally software

       Conduct and execute bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, debit card reconciliation,

      and online payment reconciliation

       Conduct and execute reconciliation of sales and collection

       Preparation of monthly VAT return and filing of VAT return

       File monthly TDS returns and verify the same from Inland Revenue Department’s website

       Preparation of monthly income statement

       Conduct physical verification of Closing Stock

       Preparation of purchase register and sales register

       Finalization of books of account and coordination with the statutory auditor for audit

      1. Job Specification

       Having good Knowledge of Tally

       Knowledge of Accounting Software IMS is preferred

       Knowledge of VAT and monthly VAT return filing

       Knowledge of TDS

       Knowledge of Ms. Word and Ms.  Excel

       Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
