Conduct regular stock checking and physical inventory counts.
Verify stock quantities against inventory records.
Perform cycle counts on scheduled intervals to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found in stock levels.
Maintain updated and accurate stock records.
Coordinate with relevant departments for stock audits and verifications.
Report inventory status and discrepancies to senior management.
Ensure proper labeling and organization of stock items for easy counting.
Implement and follow stock verification procedures.
Supervise and train staff involved in stock counting and verification activities.
