Job Description

Barista – Key Job Description

  1. Prepare and Serve Beverages – Make coffee, tea, and other drinks according to menu and customer requests.

  2. Operate Coffee Machines – Use espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools efficiently and safely.

  3. Customer Service – Greet customers, take orders, and serve with a friendly and professional attitude.

  4. Maintain Cleanliness – Keep the barista station, equipment, and serving area clean and hygienic.

  5. Cash Handling – Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.

  6. Stock Management – Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report low stock.


    Waitress – Key Job Description

    1. Take Orders – Greet guests, take food and beverage orders clearly and accurately.

    2. Serve Food & Drinks – Deliver orders to tables promptly and politely.

    3. Menu Knowledge – Understand the menu items to answer customer questions and make suggestions.

    4. Table Setup & Cleaning – Prepare tables before guests arrive and clean after they leave.

    5. Customer Service – Handle customer requests, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.

    6. Billing & Payments – Present bills, accept payments, and return change accurately.

      Note: Duty Hours 10 Hours and food is available ( for both Waitress and Barista).
