Operate Coffee Machines – Use espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools efficiently and safely.
Customer Service – Greet customers, take orders, and serve with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintain Cleanliness – Keep the barista station, equipment, and serving area clean and hygienic.
Cash Handling – Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
Stock Management – Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report low stock.
Take Orders – Greet guests, take food and beverage orders clearly and accurately.
Serve Food & Drinks – Deliver orders to tables promptly and politely.
Menu Knowledge – Understand the menu items to answer customer questions and make suggestions.
Table Setup & Cleaning – Prepare tables before guests arrive and clean after they leave.
Customer Service – Handle customer requests, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Billing & Payments – Present bills, accept payments, and return change accurately.
Note: Duty Hours 10 Hours and food is available ( for both Waitress and Barista).
