Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient table service.

  2. Operate coffee machines, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and effectively.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, counters, and equipment.

  4. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

  5. Manage cash/card payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate transaction records.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 2PM - 10PM
