Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and seat customers warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar staff.

  3. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.

  4. Answer menu questions and make recommendations based on customers' preferences and dietary requirements.

  5. Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, resolving issues or escalating them when necessary.

  6. Process bills and payments accurately using cash, card, or digital payment systems.

  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables, service areas, and dining equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

    मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

    1. ग्राहकहरूलाई हार्दिक स्वागत गर्दै उनीहरूलाई सहज रूपमा बस्ने व्यवस्था गर्ने।

    2. खाना तथा पेय पदार्थको अर्डर सही रूपमा लिई भान्सा वा बारका कर्मचारीलाई स्पष्ट रूपमा जानकारी गराउने।

    3. खाना र पेय पदार्थ समयमै सेवा गर्दै उत्कृष्ट प्रस्तुति र ग्राहक सेवाको स्तर कायम राख्ने।

    4. मेनुसम्बन्धी जिज्ञासाको उत्तर दिने तथा ग्राहकको रुचि र आहारसम्बन्धी आवश्यकताअनुसार सिफारिस गर्ने।

    5. ग्राहकका अनुरोध तथा गुनासाहरूलाई व्यावसायिक रूपमा समाधान गर्ने वा आवश्यक परे सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिसम्म पुर्‍याउने।

    6. नगद, कार्ड वा डिजिटल भुक्तानी प्रणालीमार्फत बिल तयार गर्ने र भुक्तानी सही रूपमा लिने।

    7. सरसफाइ तथा सुरक्षा मापदण्डअनुसार भोजन टेबल, सेवा क्षेत्र र सेवा सामग्री सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

      Note:

      Duty Hour: 3 PM - 11 PM

      Working Days: 6 days a week

      Priority will be given to smart, well-groomed, and presentable candidates.

      This position is for a 2-star hotel focused on quality service and guest satisfaction.
