Job Description

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  1. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.

  2. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring correct presentation and portion.

  3. Provide menu guidance, explain specials, and answer customer queries.

  4. Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables, cutlery, and dining areas.

  5. Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues efficiently.

  6. Process bills and payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.

  7. Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory of service items and supplies.

Note: Duty hour 7AM to 3PM & 11AM to 8PM.
