Job Description

  1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar

  3. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards

  4. Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions politely

  5. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations

  6. Handle billing, payments, and provide correct change or receipts

  7. Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service operations

  8. Follow hygiene, safety, and customer service standards at all times

Note: Duty time – 9 hours per shift
