Job Description

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका खाना पकाउने (थकाली, नेपाली, भारतीय, चाइनीज, कन्टिनेन्टल आदि)

  2. मासु, तरकारी, मसला तयारी, मेरिनेट गर्ने र खाना बनाउन प्रयोग गर्ने

  3. तातो व्यवस्थापन (ग्रिल, फ्राइ, बेक, रोस्ट आदि)

  4. ग्राहकको अर्डर अनुसार खाना समयमै तयार पार्ने

  5. किचन सफा-सुग्घर राख्ने र सरसफाइ मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  6. खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्री (स्टक) व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  7. टिममा काम गर्ने र आवश्यक पर्दा टिमलाई नेतृत्व गर्ने

  8. समय व्यवस्थापन गर्दै व्यस्त समयमा पनि छिटो र गुणस्तरीय सेवा दिने

  9. खाना स्वादिलो, स्वास्थ्यकर र आकर्षक तरिकाले प्रस्तुत गर्ने

  10. वरिष्ठ शेफ वा व्यवस्थापनले दिएको निर्देशन पालना गर्ने
