  1. ग्राहकहरूलाई राम्रोसंग स्वागत गर्ने अनि खानाको अर्डर लिने।

  2. खाना दिइसकेपछी ग्राहकहरूको आवश्यकतालाई ध्यानमा राख्ने र सेवा प्रदान गर्ने

  3. खानाको अर्डर भान्साका कर्मचारीहरूले सही तरिकाले बनाएका छन् र ग्राहकहरूका लागि प्रस्तुत गर्न मिल्छ भनी सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  4. छिटो भन्दा छिटो ग्राहकलाई खानाप्रदान गर्ने

  5. सरसफाइ र प्रस्तुतिको लागि भाँडा र भान्साकोठाको जाँच गर्ने र कुनै समस्या देखिएमा रिपोर्ट गर्ने

  6. डेलिभर भए/नभएको जाच गर्ने र भुक्तानीहरू सङ्कलन गर्ने

  7. अर्डर स्लिप हेरेर वा स्मरण गरेर सही खाना र पेय अर्डरहरू लिने

  8. सरसफाइ र प्रस्तुतिको लागि भाँडा र भान्साकोठा जाँच गर्ने अनि कुनै समस्याहरू देखिएमा रिपोर्ट गर्ने

  9. सही खाना अर्डरहरू डेलिभर गर्न भान्साका कर्मचारीहरूसँग राम्रो सम्मन्ध कायम गर्ने

  10. काम गर्ने वातावरण राम्रो बनाउनकोलागि सहकर्मीसँग राम्रो सम्बन्ध बनाउने

  11. ग्राहकको लंच वा डिनर पछि टेबल सफा गर्ने
